As Land Development Manager for The Estate Companies, Mr. Deka has over 20 Years of experience in civil site planning, design, engineering, entitlement, and development. He has led numerous site improvement projects.

Dave is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in engineering.
