Pre-Construction Services
 

Success in a project begins with a detailed and systematic project plan. As part of the Pre-Construction phase of services, we work with the Client and all of its Consultants to create that project plan. We take into consideration goals, objectives, design parameters, scopes of work, quality, budget and schedule.

As part of the process, we perform value engineering, program/scope analysis, budget and detailed estimating, bid package preparation, constructability and site logistics analysis.

 

 

 
Construction Management
 

Construction Management as a project delivery system provides the competitive bidding of design-bid-build and certain attributes of design-build contracting. With our experience, we expand on these characteristics to provide the Client a project on schedule and on budget.

Part of our process includes but is not limited to; long lead procurement, safety, contract administration, subcontractor/vendor coordination and oversight, budget and schedule control.  These are the backbone of our management style with the Client at the very center.

 

 

 
General Contracting
 

We are thoroughly familiar with the traditional bidding process and oversee it obtaining the best value for the Client. We see our role as one of driving value from the initial bid to controlling change orders until project completion. Performance and managing responsibilities entrusted to us is how we see ourselves as a team member

 

 

 

CM at Risk
 

As an experienced construction services provider, we have both the technical and administrative capabilities to deliver a project to the Client based on a firm and committed cost. We provide professional services and act as a consultant to the Client through the design development and construction phases. Acting on the Client’s behalf, providing value engineering expertise, selecting alternate means and methods and controlling costs are part of the benefits.

 

 

 

Design & Build
 

Our approach to design/build is to aggressively pursue efficiencies in all aspects of the work during the design phase. We partner with the right designer, experienced in similar projects and monitor the deliverables for compliance with Client requirements and expectations. With our vast experience, we understand how to work early budgets, economize processes, reduce on-site labor, utilize materials while executing effortlessly towards completion.

 

 

 

Owner’s Representative
 

In the role of Owner’s Representative, we begin providing advisory services which ultimately lead to the construction and turnover of the project, as early as evaluating the development potential of the site. Additional services may comprise of market analysis, conceptual design, preliminary site planning, financial projections and assistance, entitlements, permitting and ultimately full development services. It is our experience that every Client’s needs are different, that’s why we take on each project with an open mind, not a one-size-fits-all approach. 

 

 

 

Construction Consulting
 

All of our various areas of expertise are available on a consulting basis for the benefit of our clients. Among these are conceptual budgeting and estimating, peer review, construction accounting, constructability analysis, logistics, scheduling, contractability analysis, accounting, construction document review, contract administration, subcontractor/vendor selection and bidding, value engineering or any tasks related to the matter of construction.
