Mr. Ardizon’s primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating off-market opportunities with pricing advantages and market dislocations, overall capitalization, corporate governance, business development, capital structuring, investor relations and finance.
 

Prior to joining EIG, Mr. Ardizon was the co-founder and principal of Edgewater Capital a real estate investment, management and development firm based in Coral Gables. ECI Focused on providing GP/LP equity and debt for multi-family real estate developments and value add opportunities across a diverse portfolio of asset classes. Jeff lead the overall strategic direction of the firm, during this time Mr. Ardizon was also credited for strategically structuring and creating one of the larger single-family offices in South Florida from the ground up.

 

Mr. Ardizon began his real estate career with one of the largest nationally ranked advisory firms in the country, where he lead the firms real estate tax practice for nearly a decade. Jeffrey represented some of the largest real estate developers, REIT’s, operators and sponsors in South Florida. During his tenure and under his leadership, the firm was awarded as the top real estate tax firm by various publications. Jeffrey was a top revenue producer for the firm and quickly gained industry recognition as a leading go to advisor, advising clients on over $3 Billion in transactional value. Jeff was a 36 under 36 honoree, awarded by the state of Florida to the top CPA’s.
 

Jeff earned a bachelor’s in accounting and master’s taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant with the state of Florida and member of the AICPA and FICPA, were he also served as the board chair for Miami- Dade.
